Please complete the intake form below for each individual marketing asset you would like reviewed. Once submitted, our Elite Compliance Review Engine will perform a comprehensive preliminary review against the latest CMS Medicare Communications & Marketing Guidelines (MCMG), 42 CFR §422.2267, and the current YourFMO Plan Year 2027 Agent Guidelines. Each submission is evaluated for required disclosures, compliance language, prohibited terminology, imagery, calls-to-action, and other CMS marketing requirements.
Upon completion, you'll receive a detailed compliance report that includes an overall compliance score, identified violations, warnings, recommended revisions, and submission readiness to help streamline the approval process.
Elite Insurance Group's Compliance Review Engine serves as a preliminary quality assurance review and does not replace the required YourFMO/AmeriLife compliance review, carrier approval, or CMS acceptance where applicable. Once your marketing material achieves a passing compliance score, our team will prepare and deliver the finalized review package to YourFMO for official compliance review and approval. Marketing materials may not be distributed until all required approvals have been obtained.
